Second step : Manager and group member interview for behaviour and technical questions (30 min)
Finally a written test with time limit

Passed the HR screening but never got an email back. Follow-up email was not answered with any useful information. Didn't receive an update to the status of my application until 3 months later after they said they'd be reaching out to me within 2 weeks to schedule me for the next round.

What is a characteristic about yourself you consider a strength in this role?
Final interview's a bit over an hour interview, discussion revolves around the job description, some behavioral questions, goals and some purpose driven questions. Towards the end, it was a discussion of salary expectations.
