I found the job listing on craigslist and replied. It turns out that my employer at the time had worked with the president of Total Media so I mentioned that social bridge in my cover letter which always helps. I got a response within 4 days of sending my resume to them and drove down to their offices a week later for an interview. I met with the president and the Director of Post Production for the interview. The office was located in a strip mall like location in an industrial area of south san francisco. The interior of the office was quite cool and creative. The employees there seemed very friendly and busy. The interview went very well and they were very personable. In the end, I did not get the job because i did not have the event production experince they were looking but I did find the company impressive. Maybe with a little more experience I can get the job in the future.
