First they had me do a brief written response to what I thought would make me a good teacher. It wasn’t the most welcoming start, and I found it odd that they didn’t want to talk to me about it in person. Then I did a short, like five minute, demo class. It was clear I could say or do anything and they wouldn’t have cared much. What a joke.
