You have to write a cover letter and submit a resume. They also do on campus recruiting. After submission, you are invited to schedule an interview the very next week. There are two rounds of interviews followed by a dinner.

Entrevista
I had an on-campus interview, followed by an in-person tour and interview. The in-person interview was very nice, get a personal "buddy" who is there to show you around, answer your questions, and take you out to a nice lunch afterwards. Travel expenses were also covered. The interview itself was with 3 employees. A case study is sent to you 24 hours before hand that you need to complete which tasks you with calculating the damages for a specific case. There is not necessarily a right answer here, the process and logic behind your decisions are more important.
