The interview process was 3 stages: 30min with the recruiter, 30min with the hiring manager, and a 45min final round panel with 3 team members. This stage was a mock QBR presentation. I was given a mock campaign and an incomplete dataset and asked to create a client presentation.
I have very low respect for any company that moves you into a presentation round without giving a deck/template to work off. It shows a complete disregard for the time it takes prospective employees to prep. I put 3 hours into data analysis, 3 hours into formatting and deck creation, and another 3-4 hours into oral prep.
10 hours of my week for a job I might not get for final feedback that I didn't ask questions...despite asking several follow up questions. And feedback that I didn't objection handle well despite receiving an incomplete dataset.
A bit of a red flag for me at the end of the day.
