Loose. No review of my CV only one key word searched when looking for a suitable candidate. Interview was a sales pitch for the Company previous experience not qualified. Looking for someone to do the work so others could glean the credit

There were 4 rounds of interviews with HR, hiring manager, team and VP/management in HQ. The process was smooth and welcoming, very friendly and cheerful people. Overall took about 4-6 weeks before final decision was made.
