Abusive, condescending line of questioning followed by a long diatribe about the owners personal history. Before the interview you are given a personality profile that is utterly worthless but the owner seems to believe in it's importance. You then get to sit down with him and go over the results of the profile while he belittles you with a line of insulting questions and his stupid observations.
