A phone interview will the office manager for basic office questions. An in-person interview with a director of engineering, asking mostly personality questions. A member from your future team may come in and ask about your experiences with your engineering field. A long Revit/CAD test where you demonstrate your ability to draw lines. A DISC profile assessment may also be requested.
