The was a standard retail job interview, and took less than 40 minutes. The manager asked very basic questions involving customer service, and past work experience. The questions asked were straight from the application except for those listed below. Overall, it was a very positive "short and sweet" interview.

Q: Why do you want to work at TJ Maxx?
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
It was quick. I applied online, They called within a week. I spoke briefly with someone. They explained the process of getting started and some of the information about the store. They inquired about my experience when I’d be able to start
