super easy just be yourself, they are always in need for people. they know everyone loves tjmaxx so it was really easy. only 20/30 minutes. if you are good with people the front-end will be the best place for you.

It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
