The interview process was overall really easy. I applied in stores and was called back for a group interview. During the group interview, the manager would ask us questions about customer service, why did you choose T.J. Maxx, ect. If you wanted a chance to speak, be on your game and "shout out" your answer as soon as possible before the answers get repetitive.

It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
