The interview itself was very easy. Two step process. Talk with recruiter first, then a panel to discuss personality and experience. NOW, the overall experience from TIAA was a JOKE. It was almost like they posted a position to get interviews and had no intention of hiring anyone. It took over a month from when I applied to get any type of communication back. After my initial call, it took another month get my panel interview. I was told after that interview that I would hear back in about two weeks. Well, after two weeks I didn't hear anything so I followed up. I was told to wait a few more weeks. After a month I followed up again and was told to wait a little longer. I followed up again and was told to wait little longer. Now we're looking at about 3 months of wasted time. Then I get a note saying that they're note hiring until 2025. Fine. Thanks for sharing. 2025 roles around and now they're not filling the role. Absolute joke and to think I would've taken the job too. Look elsewhere. They don't value your time.
