I was referred by a current employee so I had a HR phone screen then two in person interviews that lasted 1-1.5 hours each. You essentially work with your HR recruiter throughout the process - they handle all scheduling, salary requirements, etc. The whole process went very smoothly. The easiest way to get a position is through an employee referral so check your network.
