Goat Rodeo, left and right hands were on two different people. Calls were scheduled, lots of them, but sometimes the TIAA Cref side was not there because they didn't know. Recruiter kept starting over and asking the same questions,

Basically wanted to hard sell a client on first contact which is not something I was interested in.
Prescreen with recruiter followed by two rounds of interviews that were all virtual.
It was based around behavioral type questions. Come prepared and you will do just fine and be sure to come with questions as well.

Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a client.
It is a very long Process, it took over two months. Recruiter ZOOM interview. Hiring Manager ZOOM interview. Panel ZOOM behavioral interview. Panel ZOOM role play interview. I waited two weeks with no response. I emailed the recruiter and no response. I emailed the Director and no response. I heard back from the recruiter and she did not have a decision yet. A week later I was informed that the role was given to an internal candidate.

They scheduled my review for a Monday morning, 10am. My contact for the interview was not even at work on that morning. They hastily foiund a couple other people to do the interview. The interviewers were extremely unprofessional, sloppily dressed and very "cold". Had no interest in working for the company after the interview.
