Applied online; got a call from HR rep who interviewed me over the phone a day later. A few days after that, I was invited to interview with 2 managers onsite. Directions and expectations were communicated well. One of the 2 interviewers did not show up but another took her place. They do not hand out business cards or any other identification - I only caught their first names. They ask you to follow-up only with your HR contact.
Interview consisted of 3 parts: get to know you, situational interview, then telephone roll-play (it is a retirement call center). The managers gave me roll play situation and a few minutes to prepare. They called me from another office.
Afterwards, they sent me on my way. I heard from HR rep about a week later with the offer.
Process was very organized and I appreciated them laying out expectations of the position.
