I got call from Search quest consultancy and they setup f2f round in weekday. I went to 11 am in kharadi office and interview started after 30 mins. So first round was pure technical and it was lasted alomost one hour. He asked me about core java, threading in very details, spring rest API and spring security. After clearing this round they setup another techno manager round and it lasted about 20 mins where he asked me couple of technical questions and he was keen why i am leaving job, will i jojn TIAA etc. Then i had another video conference call with director and he asked where u will see yourself in next 5 years and when i said i would love to see in architecture role then he said only IIT people can be architect and there is no role available in TIAA for architect. Then he gave me detail about the project and in which project i will be working. After HR said, they will get back to me in a couple of days and that time is never came. Even director said, he loved my profile and looking forward to me have in his project.
After reading negative feedbacks in Glassdoor about TIAA still I went for an interview by taking a day leave and i felt it was some fake interview and they are just doing for their marketing purpose. The lady from consultancy literally begging to attend the interview and she kept calling me till i reach for an interview.
When i asked about updates to search quest about feedback they said a VC round is pending and he sits in US office and they are not aware when he will be back from vacation . It's been a month and i did not heard anything from them even after multiple follow up.
Friends if you want to have interview practice then only you should go otherwise it will be waste of time. Remember the consultancy name Search Quest.
