They call you for Brand endorsement of their company. You have to go through their 2 hours of useless induction program. You will get a Pen, Cup etc. for wasting your valuable time there. Do not waste your time and go for some other company if you have interview on the same day. The interviewer was so dumb that she doesn't even know how to cross question. She was making dumb questions whatever coming in her mind. I answered all the questions(90%) for an hour. After that a person told me that my first round is cleared and I need to wait for 2nd round. I waited for almost 2 hours and then they said you can leave for the day and we will call you for next round. Then I came to know that they don't have any reason to reject me, so they started making this excuse. After a day, I got a call telling me that there was some misunderstanding and they can't proceed my profile.

It took them around 1 month to schedule a telephonic round. After thalt they called me for a F2F round in a hotel in Pune on weekday. It was scheduled at 10.30am but happened at around 1.45pm and the interviewer just reviewed my profile and said its not suitable. He was saying why should I hire you and waste time hiring you and waste money of around $200/hour. They feel their time is important and not candidate's time. They don't care about candidate's skills or achievements. They just want someone who will do anything for them. He didn't even ask a single technical question.
