Entrevista
Started with a virtual interview where you respond to several questions on your laptop that is recorded with a webcam and submitted to HR for review. Not a live interview. Asked behavioral type questions like "what was a time you went above and beyond," "what difficulties have you faced in past jobs" things like that. Then I had a short phone interview with the recruiter. Then I was scheduled for an in person interview. This was with two managers in the division I was applying to work in. It was lower key; I've had other ones which seemed more intense. They asked about my work history, why I wanted to work there, and had a battery of more behavioral questions like "tell us a time when..." "tell us about something you did..." things like that. Pretty standard. At the end, they left the room and then I did a mock call with one of them on a phone in the conference room. One called me from the other room pretending to be a customer, and asked me questions a customer may ask. Kind of wierd, but I knew about it because I had a friend who worked there in the same position and he told me to expect it. That lasted about 3-4 minutes, and then they came back in and finished up. I received a call from the recruiter about 4 or 5 days later saying I'd be hired pending a successful background check and drug test. Then there's a pretty intensive background check process, both before you officially start, and then again after starting while you are going through licensing, since they require everyone in the position to be licensed through FINRA and Insurance Divisions in all 50 states.

Was pretty welcoming and warm I guess I had a hard time coming up with scenarios following the star method I was kinda all over the place interviewer was very nice non the less

Basic questions, two person interview but not overbearing or intimidating. Initially talk about their own roles then pass it to you. Simple preparation is enough, and the questions as I said are standard

From being reached out to by a recruiter, to receiving an offer took 5 weeks. Finishing the background check took another 5 weeks. Be aware that the background check takes awhile.
