Apply online or in person. If selected, you’ll get a call for an interview. The interview is short and friendly. You may take a quick test. If hired, you’ll complete paperwork, attend orientation, and start training. Training includes shadowing and learning the menu, safety rules, and customer service basics.
Very intense process including a PowerPoint focused on growing table upsells and exceeding target goals. Each stage of the process grew more intense with the rapid questions from a 4 person senior management panel.
