I had submitted my application on the TFT website and invited for an interview by the internal recruiter. I was asked to look at a case study sent to me prior to the interview on a small construction project. I was given tasks to prepare answers too. It focused on building details and my understanding of how buildings were build mainly. I was interviewed by what would be my local line manager and a business partner from a separate regional office. It was in person at the local Cambridge office. Following a discussion on the case study task I was asked a number of specific questions and had a general open conversation. It was structured with prepared questions but also offered the chance for me to ask questions etc.
