I was denied the job because my wife is pregnant and I asked to work remote for few months to support (I got an formal salary offer from them as well). This shows you don't value the person who is applying from March to June I had to wait had only 3 rounds non-technical. I interviewed for the Spain Team in Malaga. Applied in March, and in April had my first round it was good the interviewer asked basic questions and was happy with my experience. 2nd round was in May and then till June 6 I didn't hear back anything. then on June 11th we had a call and I did get a formal offer with the salary expectation. When I told the interviewer my wife is pregnant and we are expecting in 3 months, I'm ready to work and I would require to work 1-2 months remotely to support her. He told he needs to think about it. 2 weeks later he says we are not interested in working with you. Don't apply here if you value yourself and your time the interviewer doesn't value you or your time.
