I applied online and waitied, then got no response. A year later, I got an email saying that they wanted me for a position, was then phoned for an interview, then in store interview, and then a 3rd interview.

Fifteen minutes, quite easy. Ask for expected salary range, company future. Sales orientation. Product knowledge and industry knowledge. Depends on management to be very honest, can make or break your time there

It was a telephonic interview where they asked me about my prior work experience and how I can be fit in the Sales associate position by asking situation based questions and what sales strategies I have used in the past to upsell some products
