hiring manager said I was really good at this, that I'm an asset to the team I was interviewing for. AND THEN THEY JUST GHOST YOU!! follow up emails never replied. nothing. total garbage. I don't understand why they treat ppl like worthless junk

I had four interviews, with the HR representative, hiring manager and his vice as well as with the team - all were reasonable. The questions were primarily about my previous experience, lifestyle habits as well as a small task to demonstrate my skills.
