The interview process at TEKsystems was really smooth, thanks to the co-operation of the HR Team. I would like to especially mention that my HR SPOC was really helpful, supportive and extremely benevolent throughout the entire process. Although I had cleared the initial round of technical evaluation for a certain opportunity with Shell Corp USA, but it didn't exactly materialize due to NP constraints. My HR SPOC ensured that I get considered for another project opportunity within TEKsystems itself for the same client, and I am really thankful to her for the kind of rapport that she has built with me over the past few weeks. It really meant a lot to discus my challenges / concerns with her, and she ensured that they get resolved and addressed at the earliest.

The interview process was straightforward, with a lot of focus on culture fit. The only negative is how long the interview loop lasts, which was a bit over a month for me. The steps I had were: - Introduction Call - Multiple Choice focused on language(s) you specialize in - Introduction Call with Account Manager - Leetcode style coding challenge (easy and medium difficulty) - Final Panel with the company the contract is for The reason I consider the process so easy is because the recruiter will spell out exactly what to expect in each step of the process, making a very pain free process.
