1st interview over the phone with recruiter. Not really an interview, recruiter just tells you about the position for 15min and see if you’re interested/gets you scheduled for actual interview.
2nd interview is 30min with same recruiter. They tell you what questions to prepare for.
3rd interview is with actual employees of company virtually. They’re webex instructions were not updated and kept crashing and had to reschedule. Finally got through and interviewed for 45 min. Answered every question just as practiced with recruiter, but they passed on me almost immediately. Looking back, I don’t think they are actually hiring because the same position/location is still posted for 3 months since I interviewed.

The interview was very straight forward, starting with a phone call with the recruiter to discuss the role. After that, an in-person interview was scheduled. Approximately one hour discussing previous experience, as well as further outlining the role. The interviewers utilized the STAR method of interviewing.

They asked for me to describe scenarios from past experiences. The in-house recruiter will provide you with a very useful list of potential interview questions to brush up on.

They ask you a lot of behavioral questions to see if you're a good fit, and some minor excel questions. Overall, they seem to be checking more about culture fit as opposed to technical knowledge.
