One of the interviewers no showed. The manager that did show seemed to be looking for a reason to not hire me. It was an entry level position, but he was concerned about my lack of sales experience. He kept saying what a risk it would be to hire me because I'd probably quit in a year. It was obvious to me that he was looking to hire a young college grad, not a military vet with a college degree. I couldn't wait for the interview to be over.

Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
