There were three parts to the interview. I was originally reached out to by a recruiter. We had a conversation about my background to discuss whether the position was a good fit. I then had a WebEx meeting with the manager. It felt more conversational. He asked about my interests and we went over my resume together.
The worst part of the interview process was the group interview with the team. I spoke with 4 people on the team. One of the account managers I spoke with spent 30 minutes questioning all of my answers and explaining why I might not be a good fit for the job. He even said at one point that having kids could affect my ability to do the job well.
It was clear they had already decided I wasn’t going to get the job before my final interview. I wish they wouldn’t have wasted my time.

It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
