Must pass the phone screen with internal recruiter which then schedules an in person with directors of specific office--interview process focuses more on the personality rather than a mixture of personality and work experience which doesn't quite allow the interviewee to express their strengths in a work environment as well.

Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.
