Phone call with recruiter which was standard. Onsite interview with DBO was more on character than sales experience. I really enjoyed it. After interview there was an a half day shadow which gave me a good idea of what the job will consist of.

Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.
