I was headhunted by a recruiter there who seemed really nice and really eager to convince me of the role. I was not sure that recruitment was for me, but after being persuaded by the recruiter I agreed to come in for an interview. I travelled to London and had a reasonable interview, the company seemed really friendly etc. They seemed to really like me and were very positive, implying that I would be successful. However, on receiving a call form them, I was told that they loved everything about me, I was really intelligent etc, but I was too creative for the role and I therefore wouldn't enjoy it. This was a shame because I actually started to feel like the role was for me, and I feel like I was almost lead on in a way. My advice would be to really make sure the role is for you, and you can demonstrate how you are suited for the role, but don't be quirky individual as they probably won't see you fit to work in such a place.
