The interview process was very long and not professional. If you make it to the final round, be prepared to spend 2.5 hours being questioned on your past and tested on your computer skills. A lot of the information asked, really isn’t any employers business, especially one that isn’t committed to bringing you on board. They start by asking what you are like in high school and then continue to ask situational questions throughout. Not only that, but they don’t provide any feedback to your responses. It’s awkward and extremely unnecessary!
