Many interviews with different folks in the company and felt very unorganized. My last interview was with a high level executive who was obviously reading my resume for the first time. He then continued to lecture me for 45 minutes and asked me one or two questions about myself. He should not have been allowed to interview someone one on one because it was not his strength.
