The first round was a phone interview, some simple questions were asked, and some basic information was learned. The second round was a video interview, and some technical related questions were asked.

First Interview, just recruiter. German language was not a requirement in the job-post, but asked. Nothing asked about past or current experiences. It was like a biased candidate selection process. No questions were asked to express myself or describe my characteristics.
