Erst gab es ein Gespräch mit dem einstellenden Manager und dessen Vorgesetzten. Danach wurde mir noch die Produktion gezeigt. Während der gesamten Zeit war ein Vertreter der Personalabteilung anwesend. Alles war sehr gut organisiert.
