2 online quizz, 1 phone interview and 1 interview with branch manager. Be yourself and be confident. They are looking for people with sales experience, excellent customer service and that are willing to win. The process is very long, it took 3 months for them to put me in a branch but overall it was a great experience !
Awesome interview process, it was professional & courteous. The interview process is lengthy, but worth it in the end!
I spend two years in this role and I loved it.

Tell me about yourself and why you want to be an FSR?
There was only one store manager in the interview. It was an in person interview. Before that, I also went through a phone interview. Overall, their interview was pretty easy.
1st phone, 2nd video call (2 different people), 3rd offer letter, 4th go take pick up pcs, 5th start working. Customer service type of questions. Tell me about yourself. Weaknesses and strengthens
