hr, skill test and hiring manager. they test my excel skill and ask me to explain the report and provide recommendation to the report. The last round is with the hiring manager. Just went through the formal interview questions and further explain the report that they tested in excel and tell them any improvement that we can suggest to the report
The interview process includes Case Study Questions, behavior questions, and some technical questions. It wasn't easy and had many parts to each question. I would recommend taking a couple hours studying.
They first started with a Phone interview which was 15 minutes. Asked basic questions like why did you apply for this role, and asked for the best customer service time, then got invited for in person interview 1.5 hours. Said it was one round only.

1. phone interview- BQ questions 2. team member interview-technical +BQ 3. Manager interview-technical + BQ almost basic questions and hiring managers are quite nice. communication is more important. Provide examples when you answer the questions.
