Applied online and had to take an online simulation exercise and a questionnaire assessment. Got an email to schedule phone interview. Phone call lasted about half an hour. Pretty standard customer service interview.

Easy and smooth. Most of them were simple situational based questions. There was also a language test asking you to read aloud passage clearly. There were role plays as well.
