Recruiters came to campus, we had the chance to network with them. The first interview was behavioral, then I was asked to fill out an online questionnaire and then another mostly behavioral interview with three bank managers at their regional office. The whole process was pretty smooth and the HR reps are very responsive to emails if you have questions.

Entrevista
Reached out to the head of campus recruitment, they said they would keep me in mind if something came up. Received an email 2 weeks later about an opening, applied but didn't hear anything for another 3 weeks. Hiring manager called me and set up an interview - interview was with a panel of three people in management (sales manager, head of sales, and VP of unit).
