Applied online and about two weeks later received an email inviting me to an open hiring event that lasted 3hrs if you got past the first interview but was worth it in the end. Love that they are so willing to work around a school schedule and they help pay for my classes.

The interview process is very easy and fast. You will be interviewing with the head management team and required to answer questions and past work role experience. After being interviewed it will take up to 24 hours until they respond to you and let you know if you were hired or not.

You have to be very happy, energetic and approachable. It's just as any other interview process but they pick people according to their energy so body language, smiling, seeming interested and basically they want to see how you would interact with the customer based on the interview.

Interviewed me as if it was for a sales position. The job is a sales position. I was asked my schedule and basic other things. It was very simple. Took about an hour. Not very formal.
