Submitted application online along with a resume. Got a call from HR, spoke for about 10 minutes about why TD and what customer service means to you. HR then set me up for an interview with the branch manager. At the location, there are others also going to interview 1:1. Filled out some paperwork, interviewed with the branch manager and got called back the next week with an offer. Dress professionally, and know about your previous employment.

How much cash did you handle at work on an average basis?
So far in the first stages of the hiring process. Submitted application last week and within days got a message from the hiring manager (I suspect) asking for availability for a 30min video interview. A bit informal of an approach as I usually get reached out via email or phone call with more instruction on what to expect.

I applied online and got an online interview with the district manager. Next, I had an interview at the specific location. I was not told it was a panel interview and the 3 managers were very unprofessional. They asked inappropriate questions, changed the question after my response, and it was overall a very toxic/humiliating one hour interview.
Was very straightforward, make sure to remain calm. Answer confidently and be honest. Try to know some fun facts about the company; they love it when you are knowledgeable and know about where you want to work. It shows that you are interested and that it's not just another job.
