two rounds of interview. first is phone interview about 15 mins. 2nd is office interview with 2 managers. manager of customer service is the person who make decision of hiring. The interview process is pretty nice and relax. They just want to know whether you have potential on sales and whether you are a good communicator or not.

It was alright nice people they asked lots of questions very solid, to interview was really long and the employees were behind but all in all that was a solid interview. I would definitely recommend the managers and everyone were really nice.
