I was so sure I hadn’t passed the interview that I was a gibbering wreck when my new boss rang to make the offer and congratulate me, so much so that I’m sure it must have crossed his mind to unmake the decision. I never want that to happen again!

The interview was very informal and consisted of a 45-minute conversation. The interviewer did not prepare any questions in advance. As a result, the interview felt disorganized and unprofessional. Because TD is such a large organization, this experience will vary from hiring manager to hiring manager.
