Meeting with the recruiter for 30 minutes with standard questions about your interest in the job, then one round with the hiring manager more on behavioural questions, and there was supposed to be a final round with the VP.

First round was HR round followed by 2 rounds from Hiring Manager and his colleague. In the third round , the interviewer turned up 8 mins late and did not even turn the camera ON , interuppting the interviews multiple times. He sounded disinterested in listening and even answering a follow up question. My question to TD Bank recruiting team : Why do you call candidates for interview when your interviewer has no interest in listening to them ? You might as well cancel interviews saving your and candidate time. Advice to other candidates : Save your self time rather than getting into the process of such companies

Straightforward interview process. With hiring manager and their colleagues. Did find HR was horrible to deal with. It was mostly my hiring manager coordinating everything. Similar situation with on-boarding, HR was pretty absent. Even when you used the chat/email them, they would never respond. Took about 1 month until I was called back for the next round of interviews - again this was coordinated by my hiring managers colleague. Guessing the delay was due to HR incompetence.
