The interview process at TCS for the Data Analyst role was organized and thorough. It began with an online aptitude and technical assessment followed by a detailed technical interview covering SQL queries, data visualization, and statistical interpretation. The HR round focused on behavioral questions, teamwork, and career aspirations. The panel was respectful and communicative throughout, making the experience insightful and encouraging for future growth.
It was intermediate and technical test. I passed the interview but did not take the offer. The screening process was easy and the last interview with the manager was a bit lengthy.

I recently attended an interview for TCS, and the process was quite structured and professional. It began with an initial HR screening over the phone, where I was asked about my background, experience, and why I was interested in the role. After clearing that round, I was invited to a technical interview where I had to solve a few scenario-based questions related to the job. I shared a detailed example, highlighting my problem-solving and teamwork skills. The final round was with a panel who asked about my approach to teamwork and how I adapt to changing situations. While I wasn’t selected this time, I appreciated the structured process and the opportunity to learn from it.
