2 round interview. Meet with controller and general manager. Very great conversation and talked about the targets they were expecting to see on a successful candidate. I took a personality test to figure out if I am good for this team. I got confirm that I am similar to general manager.

Two interviews, both lasting about an hour. They were with the accounting team leaders only, not HR, which made so much more sense. The reason it was only with the team leaders was because according to HR, I did not qualify to be interviewed, but team leaders looked at my CV and thought I would be a perfect fit and decided to interview me directly. So much for HR degrees!
