The hiring manager called to set up an interview. About a week later, you meet on Teams with a panel of four people, including the hiring manager. I've done over a dozen interviews with reputable O&G companies this season, and this was by far the worst experience I have had. Almost none of them felt like they wanted to be there and like it was more of a chore. I saw maybe one smile and most of them, including the manager, came off cold and uninterested. In terms of questions, they gave little or no opportunity to highlight relevant work experience or technical knowledge, and it was entirely behavioral. Poor experience overall; be wary if you're entering the Washington, PA office.

Long wait after job application. It was a quick interview of about 1 hour and the background check took about 1 month. Pretty straightforward interview with No Human Resources personnel present. I would say pretty informal and was shocked that was the case.

Easy and very informal. I can’t remember the interview in detail but no hr rep was present, only the hiring manager and other engineer I would be working with. Lasted about an hour and a half.
