Questions from 4 different interviews didn’t align and it seemed they were all looking for something different in the role. One interviewer was in their car on a cell phone. Another in a basement in a T-shirt. No clear path of next steps from any meeting. Was told I needed to use another app to provide references which where very in depth and took up others time. Told I was the top candidate multiple times. Kept positive attitude moving forward. Followed up with questions since they ghosted after the final interview. Received default HR response.
