The process was quite efficient. I believe I received a phone call requesting an interview within a week of submitting my application. The interviewers knew what they were looking for and were willing to be flexible where needed. They expressed a great understanding the value of time and of making effort to meet halfway for balanced effort and cooperative teamwork.
