Interviewed with a technical recruiter who was well versed in the position and company. Preliminary phone interview was a nice conversation and followups were prompt. . . . . . . . .

Initial phone screening followed by two teams meetings. The people were very friendly and the interview felt pretty casual which was nice. There were large periods of time where communication felt like it could have been better.
