Entrevista
4 stage interview consisting of 30 minute "screening", 90 min coding exercise, 1 hour team fit and 1 hour architecture. On a the whole a nice mixture of challenges to not get a job. No real structure to the overall interviewing process; mixture of abilities and roles of people who interviewed you. The coding exercise was a high pressure "pair" programming exercise where they pointed out your mistakes constantly. No real interest in you as a person just can you code. I failed the coding interview only to find out after I had undertaken the rest of the interviews. Quite unreasonable to expect people to take more than 1 hour out of their day - I let you draw your own conclusions regarding the company from that and the style of their interviews.
Screening interview with HR, 3 interviews of 2 on 1s with team members. Took around 2 weeks total as the interviews with team members were all remote, so I’m assuming there was scheduling conflicts to overcome.

I interviewed here a while ago and ended the process due to receiving a job offer elsewhere. Everyone I dealt with here was professional, friendly, the work looked interesting and I feel the technical test was in line with what I would have expected with the seniority level. They are completely open about hiring process and pay/benefits from the start and in my opinion again these seemed in line or slightly better for the industry

First round was a phone screen with the recruiter. Second round was a high overview discussion with the tech lead and a junior developer. They asked very basic questions about my resume and how I would typically code (structuring code, code reviews, etc). They seemed nice but both appeared to be fairly inexperienced based on some of the questions I asked them.
